    Use Range:
    AE30-LT is a soft, non‑silicone thermalgap filler, featuring high thermal conductivity, low interfacial thermal resistance and excellent thixotropy. It is ideal for applications with large gap tolerances. Filled between heat-generating electronic components and heat sinks/housings, this material ensures tight contact, reduces thermal resistance, dissipates heat rapidly and effectively, thereby extending the service life and enhancing the reliability of electronic components. It can be applied manually or with dispensing equipment.
