It provides strong mechanical bonding, excellent thermal conductivity, and chemical resistance, making it ideal for applications requiring durable and efficient heat dissipation. Key applications include EV battery packs, high-power electronics, communication equipment, and LED lighting, where reliable adhesion and thermal management are critical.
