Q:The meaning of hardness relative to TIM

A:Hardness is a key factor when choosing TIM(Thermal Interface Material). Generally, the harder TIM has stronger support to the component. The softer TIM has lower thermal contact resistance. As comparing with same type TIM(same thermal conductivity), the softer one will show better thermal performance.
