    Traditional thermally conductive silicone pads will deposit silicone oil at room temperature for a long time. Therefore, non-silicon thermally conductive pads replace traditional silicone thermal pads on high-end medical equipment such as precision optics and LEDs. No volatiles are attached to the optical window and will not contaminate the PCB. Electronic components, etc., to maintain product accuracy and stability.

     
    Silicone-free thermal pad is relatively low hardness, softer material, better compressibility during application, and avoids damaging the PCB.  It can make the effective contact between the heat source and the radiator more complete, reduce the contact thermal resistance, and optimize the thermal conductivity. Under the condition of the same thermal conductivity, the thermal resistance of the silicone-free thermal pad is lower than that of the silicone thermal pad.
     
    Sheen silicon-free thermal pad:
     
      It is a high-performance, compatible thermal conductive material that does not contain siloxane components. Its role is to fill the air gap between the heating element and the heat sink or metal base to complete the heat transfer. Suitable for use in silicone-based gasket applications, their flexible, elastic characteristics allow them to be used to cover very uneven surfaces. Its excellent efficiency enables heat to be conducted from the heat-generating device or the entire PCB to the metal case or diffuser, thereby improving the efficiency and service life of the heat-generating electronic components.
