It cures to form an elastomer that delivers efficient heat transfer and reliable shock absorption, effectively protecting electronic components. The product features low thermal impedance, minimal silicone oil seepage, and superior extrusion properties. Once cured, the elastomer retains a consistent required thickness, providing reliable shock absorption; it can replace traditional thermal pads and boasts excellent reworkability.
