    Use Range:
    SF Series silicone thermal pads are renowned for their exceptional softness and compressibility, making them extensively used to fill gaps between heat-generating electronic components and heat dissipation modules. By effectively eliminating air gaps, these pads enhance thermal conduction efficiency. Their soft nature also provides shock absorption and buffering, making them suitable for various rough surfaces. These pads come with self-adhesive, which facilitates easy handling and allows for rework. They offer a maximum thermal conductivity of up to 15 W/m·K.
