    SP350P 1.8 W/m·K Phase Change Thermal Pads are polyimide reinforced, can be used for filling gaps between heat sinks and electronic components and transferring heat. They offer high breakdown voltage and good wet-out performance and low thermal impedance, so effectively exclude air from the contact interface. The products are naturally tacky, can be die-cut into various shapes, easy to operate.

    Product Description

    The SHEEN's SP Series Phase Change Thermal Pads are renowned for their distinctive characteristics, which include:  
    ◆ Good thermal conductivity, with options ranging from 1.8 to 6.0 W/m·K.  
    ◆ Low thermal impedance, reaching as low as 0.015 ℃*in²/W at 50psi, ensuring efficient heat transfer.  
    ◆ Excellent wetting properties ensure that there is no risk of spillage after thermal cycling, making them a viable alternative to thermal grease/thermal paste.  
    ◆ Self-adhesive for easy application and rework.  
    ◆ Complies with RoHS, Halogen-Free, and REACH environmental and safety standards.
