Q:What is a thermally conductive phase change material?

A:The thermally conductive phase change material is a heat-enhancing polymer. The thermally conductive phase change material is a solid sheet at room temperature, with a thin thickness, strong operability, and easy installation. It is used between a heat sink and a power-consuming electronic device. When the product phase transition temperature is reached, the material softens, flows, and fills the tiny irregular contact surfaces of the electronic device. This completely fills the interface gap and the space between the device and the heat sink, making the thermally conductive phase change material superior to non-flowing elastomers or thermally conductive silicone sheets, and has the high thermal conductivity of thermally conductive silicone grease to ensure stable CPU operation.
